Bid Documents
Bid documents (booklets) are created throughout the year - many of which are sent off-shore to a range of countries laden with essential conference information, stunning scenic imagery plus accommodation and activities. They appeal to various organisations and assist with hosting meetings and conferences here in NZ, plus help the tourism economy by encouraging conveners to extend their trip providing Pre & Post Touring options.
The latest addition to the 'Bid family' of collateral is websites - a more interactive format for delegates to access from anywhere in contrast to a printed document - plus it's environmentally conscious!
Website Design
Website design has always been a core component of the partnership between Conventions and Incentives NZ (CINZ) and Reservegroup, but good web design isn’t just about smart website software and decent copy-writing – It goes much further than the ‘look and feel’ of their website.
‘User experience’ is at the heart of every Reservegroup project and CINZ is no exception, although there are a many unique requirements for a New Zealand Tourism body focused not only on International attention and showcasing our country, but also being a responsible and reliable resource to those businesses which attract that international attention in the first place.
This feature-packed website is not only a valuable tool for CINZ members, it is an impressive research and decision-making tool for buyers of conference and incentive travel product from around the globe.
Outlook CRM System (Client Relationship Management)
The CRM and other software tools will all be able to be accessed in and managed via the CINZ team's own Microsoft Outlook accounts, making a very sophisticated sales and marketing solution also supremely easy to use! Every business listing will also be fully-integrated with a new CRM. Having a CRM has enabled CINZ to better come to know, track and communicate with buyers and CINZ members, providing an improved service overall to the M.I.C.E industry.
Business Listings Management
Their website software also includes the évoSuite enterprise™ Business Listings Management System, allowing every CINZ member to have 'a website within the website'. Professional Conference organisers and other buyers can do a simple or advanced search of New Zealand regions and locations to find venues, accommodation, activities and other conference services. CINZ members can really profile their businesses, including features such as an interactive Google Map, image gallery, downloadable documents and YouTube embedded video with their listing.
